        The 1955 4-Door Commander

The 1955 Commander was purchased in Great Falls, MT in the fall of 1992 and driven onto a U-Haul trailer to transport to Yakima, WA. It was just barely running and had no brakes. Some mechanical work was done that fall, but major restoration work was not started until 1998.

        The 1962 Grand Turismo Hawk

The 1962 GT hawk was purchased on eBay in July 2002 and transported from the NE corner of Oklahoma to Yakima, WA by a commercial car transport. We received the Hawk in Yakima on July 31, 2002. It was advertised as being in good running condition, but the brakes were very bad, it ran poorly, and the battery was connected with a positive ground when, being a 1962, it should have had a negative ground. Repair work was started right away to get it to the place where it could be safely driven to local shows. I rebuilt the engine and reupholstered it in 2004. A reconditioned dash with total instrumentation was installed in the spring of 2005.
